Buying or selling here

What to know.

Every area moves differently. Call or text me for current prices, days on market and what's selling near you.

New construction is everywhere

The west and north edges of the county have active builders. Having your own agent on a build costs nothing extra in most cases.

Older homes need a closer look

Midtown and central Omaha homes often have character and older systems. A good inspection matters here.

Prices vary a lot by street

Two homes a mile apart can sell very differently depending on school district and subdivision. Comps have to be close.
